Orders

We accept payment through debit/credit cards and online banking via Razorpay.
Your credit card will be charged at the time of placing your order through our secured payment gateway. An online real–time authorization is done through the payment gateway.
The billing address should be the same as the address on your credit card for successful payment processing.
The MRP for all our products are inclusive of GST.
After you make your selection and checkout, an auto confirmation will be sent to your mail.
You can track your order by clicking on the tracking number sent to your mail.
We do not accept cancellations once payment has been received. To know the status of your order, please write to us at info@ikkis.in
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 15 days. Please read our full return policy here.

Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally.
Customers are responsible for any duties, customs fees or other taxes as determined by the destination country. Shipping costs will be calculated once you have provided your address.
We partner with the best shipping agencies to ensure your orders reach you safe and on time.
Items in stock will be ready for delivery within 2-4 working days. Orders placed from non-metropolitan areas will take an extra 4-5 working days for delivery.
