Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
We offer Standard / Express / International shipping. Customers are responsible for any duties, customs fees or other taxes determined by the destination country. Shipping costs will be calculated once you have provided your address.
No return policy. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return & Exchange Eligibility:
Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product has a genuine manufacturing defect or damage.
Not Eligible For Return:
- Minor variations in colour, shape, or size, as all products are handcrafted and unique.
- Issues arising from incorrect addresses, failed deliveries, or refusal to accept the package.
- Customised products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
Process for Return:
If your purchase meets our return eligibility, please email your request with images at info@ikkis.in Email requests received after 48 hours of delivery cannot be considered. Please note that this entire return and exchange process takes 10-15 business working days.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.
We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the recipient refuses the package.
