Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We offer Standard / Express / International shipping. Customers are responsible for any duties, customs fees or other taxes determined by the destination country. Shipping costs will be calculated once you have provided your address.

All returns within 15 days of delivery. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds (If Applicable):

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number, those returned without will be sent back. To request a return authorization, please email us at info@ikkis.in.Once approved, mail your product and a refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment and reflect within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if Applicable):

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If your refund hasn’t been received, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. As a next step, contact your bank. If these steps have been completed and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@ikkis.in

Sale Items (if Applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if Applicable):

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ikkis.in The time for your exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on where you live.
